Wiiiiiii!

Apparently the local UPS guy is a ninja, because I certainly didn't hear anyone at the door today. My impatience paid off -- I kept checking the front step (despite the lack of knocking), and lo and behold, suddenly there was a package there.

I had some time before work, so I was able to make my own Mii, play a game each of swordfighting and archery on Wii Sports Resort (I dunno if I'll play it much ... I think it would be much more fun as a group game), and start a file in Tales of KOR (Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World/Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk/Tales of Symphonia 2. Yes, I prefer calling it Tales of KOR). It's going to take me some time to get used to the Wiimote/nunchuck combo.

I'm not sure how many of these I'll actually end up getting, but it's nice to have some focal points for my future buying.

I'm more looking at Animal parade since you can have pets, and since the kids option is so much cooler. I only wish the character designs weren't so ugly... But they're not much worse than Magical Melody.

Silent Hill, huh? I didn't know you were interested in that sort of game. ^^

Swordfighting and archery? *grins* Sounds like a far better pack than the original Wii Sports, for sure. *waiting for the announcement of some kind of Mortal Kombat where players have to do the moves with the remote*

At least for the Wii games released, you can check Youtube for gameplay vids. Or just keep an eye on the bargain bin... even a not-quite-A-list game might be worth it for $10... ^^
