"I bet you'll weigh 5 lbs. lighter!"

So, it's done. It only took about 15 minutes in all ... the stylist wet my hair down, remarked on how thick it was, took measurements, looked at my hairstyle pictures, then just snipped away.

I was so very nervous, but I'm glad I did it. This is the lightest my head's felt in ... maybe ever. My last Locks of Love donation left me with shorter but still very thick hair. This time, my hair is about the same length as last time, but lightened by layers.

... I hope some kid will be enjoying my former hair in a wig soon ^_^ But without further ado, pictures!
