It's my fault for reading creepy things in the evening, but ...

Can I say that doors unnerve me? (Somehow this entry got really long, heh.)
Is this a normal fear? )
Movies, movies. I saw Penelope and Alice in Wonderland today. Penelope was a cute modern fairy tale about a girl under a curse -- she has the nose of a pig -- who must find an aristocratic man who can accept her and marry her to break the spell. Alice in Wonderland felt a bit haphazard, but was worth watching if only for Johnny Depp remaining somehow adorable despite the crazy makeover and Anne Hathaway being sweet but kind of creepy as the White Queen (and I don't even usually like Anne Hathaway ...). Oh, and for the lovely "Alice's Theme" by Danny Elfman (not the horrid Avril Lavigne song they stuck at the beginning of the credits; this one followed it).
Turn off your mind, unwind )
OK I AM DOING AN ENTRY BECAUSE STUFF IS HAPPENING IN MY LIFE AND I HAVEN'T DONE ONE IN A WHILE.

... I think that uses up my caps quota for the time being.
Where to start? )
